Berry Creek residents can enroll in Enloe Hospital's FlightCare Membership program for $30 a year. This program entitles you and your entire family to medical helicopter service; in our rural area, this can literally mean the difference in an emergency.
To sign up, click the link below to download the application form. Print it out, check the "Group" box on the top line, and write "BCCA" on the Group Affiliation line.
Please note: without writing "BCCA" on the Group Affiliation line, you will not get the group rate! Complete the rest of the application, mail it in with payment, and you're all set.
